H-Energy was established in the year 2009 with a vision to contribute to the economic growth of the country by offering world-class, environmentally safe and sustainable energy solutions.

H-Energy is currently developing LNG re-gasification terminals and cross-country pipelines on the west and east coast of India. H-Energy through its marketing arm is also offering end-to-end natural gas solutions including LNG sourcing, re-gasification facilities, downstream deliveries based on customer preference.

Expertise

H-Energy’s pioneering regasification infrastructure projects will ensure a regular and sustainable supply of clean, environment-friendly natural gas fuel at strategic locations on the East and West coast of India.

The business model adopted is capable of serving the varied requirements of customers including supply of gas on ex terminal basis and delivered basis, sale of LNG before regasification on split B/ L basis, reloading of LNG in tankers and delivering LNG by truck.

Domestic Entities
HE Marketing Private Limited

Formerly known as H-Energy Gas Marketing Private Limited is responsible for marketing of regasified LNG and LNG by trucks from its terminals located at Jaigarh, Kakinada and Kukrahati. The company provides end-to-end natural gas marketing solutions to customers across all sectors in India.

H-Energy Private Limited

H Energy Private Limited is incorporated in Mumbai and is engaged in the business of developing infrastructure projects and to provide management and services to other companies through its subsidiaries.

Hooghly Pipelines Private Limited

Hooghly Pipelines Private Limited/ The consortium of H-Energy East Coast Private Limited and H-Energy Private Limited has received authorization from PNGRB on 08th July 2019 for laying of 242 km of natural gas pipeline from Kanai Chhata in East Medinipur, to Shrirampur in Nadia, West Bengal. The pipeline will have a capacity 19.2 MMSCMD including common carrier capacity of 4.8 MMSCMD.

Western Concessions Private Limited

Western Concessions Private Limited (WCPL) is developing a FSRU-based LNG regasification terminal at Jaigarh in Ratnagiri District of Maharashtra. The terminal will have a capacity of 6 MMTPA. Further, WCPL has received authorization from PNGRB on 18th May 2015 for laying of a 56-km of Tie-in Connectivity pipeline from Jaigarh LNG Terminal to Dabhol of system capacity 29 MMSCMD including common carrier capacity.

East Coast Concessions Private Limited

East Coast Concessions Private Limited is developing a 3MMTPA based LNG re-gasification project at Kakinada in Andhra Pradesh on the Eastern Coast of India. The terminal will host an FSU with a vaporiser onshore to supply regasified LNG to customers in Andhra Pradesh through natural gas pipelines.

Bengal Concessions Private Limited

Bengal Concessions Private Limited is setting up an onland regasification terminal at Kukrahati in West Bengal. The terminal will initially have a capacity 3 MMTPA and shall be expanded to 5 MMTPA in later years.

HE Terminals Private Limited

HE Terminals Private Limited has set up LNG regasification project at Jaigarh, Maharashtra through its subsidiary Western Concessions Private Limited and has plans at Kakinada and Kukrahati through its other subsidiaries.

Overseas entities
HEMD Energy Trading and Shipping Mideast DMCC (HETS)

HEMD Energy Trading and Shipping Mideast DMCC (HETS) is the global LNG sourcing arm of H-Energy. The company is building large LNG portfolio with flexible and competitive LNG supply contracts by procuring LNG on medium-term and short-term basis from LNG suppliers, LNG producers and other portfolio players from Middle East, Malaysia, Australia, the United States and Russia, on FOB and DES basis. HETS has received various LNG cargoes from Middle East, Malaysia and North America through its term and spot LNG contracts, which are delivered to LNG receiving Terminals in India. HETS expects to grow its LNG business further with additional spot/short term supply contracts. HETS will also supply LNG to H-Energy Terminal projects on the West and the East coast of India
